If we send promotional or marketing emails, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Transactional messages necessary to your account (such as receipts and security notices) are not promotional and may still be sent.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we must retain certain records — for example, transaction and tax records, fraud-prevention and security logs, records evidencing your acceptance of these terms or an arbitration opt-out, backups (which are overwritten on their ordinary cycle), and information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

When enabled with your consent, Google Analytics receives and processes technical information, which may include your IP address at the time of collection, approximate location, browser and device information, the pages and events you interact with, and referral information. Ardelia is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
